Feeling good from A-Z

Fitness is vital. Find some kind of exercise that you enjoy doing. Your body is your most important possession, so you need to look after it well.”

True. Take care of your body, otherwise it will turn on you. Choose your allies. One of the most obvious things I could find, really, but still true.

Knowledge is power. Learn some new, fascinating facts every day.”

Knowledge is one of the most important things you can have in life. We live in an age of technology and free thinking, and it’s very good to take advantage of that. Show your skills, be happy.

Quietness makes it easier to listen to your inner thoughts. Lie down, close your eyes, just listen to your body and relax.”

I love peace and quiet. No voices, no sounds, maybe some calming music… And then I just write. I think quietness is one of the biggest inspirations when I write.

Människan har ett belöningssystem i kroppen med endorfiner som utsöndras så att man blir lycklig/mår bra. När man gör saker som är bra för kroppen eller som man tycker om utsöndras endorfiner eller adrenalin för att uppmuntra den aktiviteten. När man sover, äter och idrottar utsöndras det oftast extra endorfiner. (INTE KLAR!)
